In San Antonio, if a jury trial is requested, mediation is required before trial. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, the court will appoint one for them. Elizabeth is a certified San Antonio Family Law Mediator, she received her certification from the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center. A certified Family Law Mediator is someone who has not only gone through basic mediation training but has additionally been trained in mediating family law cases.

Elizabeth offers Family Law Mediation as a non-binding Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure for most Family Law matters. She is a trained mediator who facilitates the proceedings, there is no Judge making a decision. Elizabeth is neutral and will remain impartial in the proceedings, meaning that she will not take sides. You have the right to be represented by an attorney. You and your attorney will negotiate with the other party to come to a resolution.

My mission is to provide Attorneys and their clients a confidential, safe and effective environment in which they can resolve their conflicts from the past and move forward to a better future.
