Family Law Mediation can be highly effective in settling divorce, child custody matters, property division, visitation schedules, child support, alimony and the dissolution of unmarried households. Mediation has been a very successful method for resolving disputes in paternity cases, modifications, enforcement actions, grandparent rights cases, and Elder Law.
